How do we talk about love? How do we experience the moments of everyday life that are shaped by it? How do we describe the feelings associated with it, such as happiness, longing, sadness and suffering?

Project conclusion

The Citizen Science research project Gruß & Kuss – Briefe digital. Bürgerinnen erhalten Liebesbriefe , funded by the german Federal Ministry of Education and Research (Bundesministerium für Bildung und Forschung, BMBF), has been researching and digitising private, authentic love letters from the love letter archive together and in close cooperation with scientists and citizens since 2021.

At the end of the project, a one-and-a-half-day closing event will not only reflect on the project, but also present the results and insights gained from it.
